Where do I store my images?
We do not offer a storage facility for your images. We suggest that you either have a non navigable page on your website (ie: websitename.com/images) where the images are uploaded and publicly available, or you can use another program to store those images for you, like Imgur.
Can I use this product on my Gmail accounts?
No you cannot use SigOn Lite on @gmail.com accounts. SigOn Lite only works with all Google Workspace versions, including the legacy free G Suite version.
Can I import contact data to be used on signatures?
Currently you cannot import data directly into SigOn Lite. You will need to import to and ensure your employee details are all up to date on you Google Workspace Admin Console.

Can a member of my team manage the signatures for me?
Yes. This team member will need to be assigned the relevant permissions on your Google Workspace Admin Console. The team member would have to be assigned either the default Super Admin or User Manager roles. Alternatively you can also create a custom role that contains the Update Users Privilege.
Our designers use different software applications to design our signatures, can we still use their designs?
Absolutely! All your designers would need to give your is a copy of the HTML code which you can paste into our editor and you're good to go.
